Here you can see how we at Apex catering fully prepare, cook and serve a Hog Roast using an Embers Hog Roaster Oven. The oven can take very large pigs which can serve over 150 portions easily. Most of the preparation can be done on the Hog Roaster itself (we have put it on a prep tray to show more clearly what needs to be done).

The Hog Roast can be served off the Embers Unit itself, if it can be wheeled into position, however you can just as easily transfer the roasted pig to a presentation tray and carve it from where ever it is needed. As a caterere with over 30 years experience we have put that knowledge into designing and making a Hog Roaster oven which does everything we need, flexible with an industrial design and build quality.
