Our Beef Roaster Trailer was developed to give an alternative to hog roasting. While retaining the ability to roast large pigs, this is a heavy duty trailer and suspension system with larger tray and tray stand and insulated cover.
When cooking a larger hindquarter or Pistol of Beef, the extension surround will give added height to the familiar insulated cover.

The Embers beef roaster will take a Pistol of Beef and, because we believe in versatility, this unit will also operate as a normal hog roast for 100lb to 250 lb pigs. With space for 3 carving/hot holding pans. |
