The Stainless Steel Tray with handles sits central on the frame and Square Section Spacers are placed at equal distance along the length of the tray. |

A Stainless Steel Insert (with drainage holes) rests on the spacers - the pig is put on this insert tray, Score the pig, pour cider over, rub salt into the score marks add herbs, cover with foil. |

Add approx 25mm water to the bottom tray. The Insulated Hood/Oven Cover sits on the frame. Slide ends into position.
