The Embers BBQ Unit
The Embers BBQ Unit (standard 5ft) can do a fully prepped BBQ for up to 400 people within a one hour period, and will go on cooking marvelous BBQ food for as long as you want it to, with a large bottle of LPG gas, (2 standard units, side by side, can do up to 1000 people an hour). We do a 3ft, 5ft and 6ft unit, all individually engineered to your needs. The 5ft unit is the standard unit and is very versatile in terms of the types of food it can cook and BBQ and the types of cooking equipment you can use on it, see the photos and videos. It is easy to move, being fully mobile, and easy to clean, with most of the components being able to be taken off the unit. Each unit is built to a very high commercial standard, built to greater tolerances than any other comparable unit, giving you years and years of dependable service. We regularly service and maintain units bought from us up to 15 years ago, which are still in everyday use. At Embers we can even individually engineer a unit to your own design, if you have a specialist requirement.
The Combined Unit - if you purchase the added extras (see the options and prices page) you can also transform the standard BBQ unit into a commercial Embers Hog Roaster and have the flexibility of taking it out on other types of jobs that you are now able to quote for.
What Does Our Unit Do?
The Standard Embers BBQ Unit (left) is individually engineered to your needs, it is made so it can do a fully prepped BBQ for up to 400 people within a one hour period, and will go on cooking marvelous food for as long as you want it.
Serving From Any Location
Unlike other manufactured units using an Embers BBQ Unit you can provide cooking and serving from any location at the event. It wheels into place, going through any 3ft wide space.
The unit is fully portable and runs off only one bottle of LPG gas, meaning you don't need electricity or a noisy portable generator to do a professional BBQ, anywhere your clients request it.
